Returns
Can I return my order? Plus

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at tell@huespersonas.com.

When will I received my refund? Plus

HUES PERSONAS will issue a full refund for returned products within 30 days of receiving the items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Do you cover return shipping? Plus

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Do you refund delivery charges? Plus

Delivery charges are not refundable.

Exchanges
Can I exchange my item(s)? Plus

We do not provide exchanges.If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Orders
How can I track my order? Plus

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. After that, you’ll need to return the order for a refund. Please contact us at tell@huespersonas.com.

Can I change the shipping address after I place an order? Plus

The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.

Lithuania
Free delivery on all orders over 100 Euro. 
Standard delivery charge 5 Euro. 

EU
Free delivery on all orders over 145 Euro. 
Standard delivery charge 20 Euro. 

USA/UK
Free delivery on all orders over 210 Euro. 
Standard delivery charge 30 Euro. 

Rest of the world
Free delivery on all orders over 210 Euro.
Standard delivery charge 45 Euro. 

Please note that delivery charges do not include any import fees that may apply when the package reaches the destination country. The customer is responsible for covering all applicable taxes on the shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order? Plus

Lithuania: 1–5 business days 
EU: 3–5 business days 
International: 3–7 business days 

Delivery times are estimated from the day your order leaves our studio. Kindly note that all delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. 

How long does it take to dispatch my order? Plus

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order with care. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it has been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods available at checkout.

Gift card and discount code
Where do I apply a gift card or discount code? Plus

You can enter your code at checkout, in the “Discount code or gift card” field before completing payment.

How long is a gift card valid? Plus

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once the balance is used, the card expires automatically.

Can I refund a gift card? Plus

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 

Can you resend me my gift card code? Plus

Digital gift cards are treated as currency, which means we cannot resend an issued code.

If you need help with your gift card, please contact tell@huespersonas.com with your order number or the purchasing email address.

Product Care
How do I take care of your garments? Plus

Our fabrics are natural and deserve mindful care: 

– Wash only with similar colors; 
– Wash Warm  
– Turn inside out when washing; 
– Best to hang dry or line dry where possible, but can be tumble dried on low heat; 
– After washing, prepare the garments for wearing by ironing at a low temperature; 
– Natural fabrics deserve natural detergents. 

Since this is 100% natural cotton, it's normal for the fabric to shed a light fuzz when worn. 

Sizing
How do I choose the right size? Plus

Defects & Warranty
My item is faulty. What should I do? Plus

We’re sorry this happened. If your item isn’t in perfect condition, please email us with your order number, a short description, and a photo of the fault. We’ll take care of it quickly – with either a replacement or a refund.

Conscious Discounts
Do you offer Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales? Plus

We don’t. We believe in mindful consumption and want you to choose our pieces because they feel right for you – not just because they’re discounted.
